New support section on Codejunkies:

We have just launched our brand new technical support section on Codejunkies. The new support system is a fully interactive knowledgebase which not only provides easy to access information about Datel’s range of products (old and new) but also allows you to ask your own questions on any of the articles featured.

We hope that by responding to your questions we can improve the content of the support site for other visitors and contribute to a better Codejunkies.

Although we’ve avoided titling the new support section ‘BETA’ like so many sites seem to do these days, we would still value your feedback relating to the support section, its content and any problems you encounter with it.

Hopefully the new support system will also reduce the temptation to post technical questions in this blog, which isn’t really the right place for them.

i have a big question, on my ds action replay i accidentally deleted all the codes, how do you get them back

hi my son has a ds lite and he bought this action replay code thingy and he plugged it in my computer and it erased everything on it (codes) and I tried everything the readme was not helpful atall. but when i try to update it it says no room when it is first pluggen in it says no files. so what have i done and what do i do? thank you mom

Our DS was wiped out. We get the error messages of not enough free space and unknown game. we have a v1.60 action replay. we have tried resetting per your instructions but are still experience the same problems. Also when we go to the code select button there are no games listed. we purched the action replay at the end of September from Target in Duluth, MN. Can you advise us what to do. thank you.

Harvest Moon Island of Happiness (DS) Codes are on the website... Make sure you're using the correct game ID. ABJE-5A78B099 (Since I first uploaded the codes I've revised the game ID, so try downloading them again.)

If you've wiped out all of the codes from your ActionReplay DS, or you're getting an error regarding 'no free space' on the DS cart, try this:

Rest the Action Replay :

1. Insert the Action Replay into the DS
2. While the Action Replay software is loading, press and hold all the following buttons: A + B + Start + Select.
3. Release all of the buttons once the Action Replay is at the main menu.

The first screen should persist for much longer than normal, and when the Action Replay DS main menu loads, your hardware should be reset.

Once the reset has been performed, try connecting the USB cable to your PC, opening up the code manager software and transferring data again.
