Did you transfer the saves by using the PC software included with Action Replay MAX? If they`re dragged and dropped, they won`t be put in the correct place, and therefore cannot be read by the PSP.
Also, are you using the correct version of the save, ie. European for a European game, etc? Saves are locked to a region, and cannot be used in a game from a territory different from the game that created them.
