When the MAX Drive hardware is connected to my PC it shows any games saves you`ve added to it, but when you plug it into my Xbox it says there is nothing on it. Even reformatting the drive and putting the saves back onto it doesn’t help.
There could be two possible problems with your MAX Drive:
1. You may have switched the `drive lock` to the `locked` position, which is why it is not responding - check that the small switch on the MAX Drive hardware is in the `unlocked` position
or
2. The drive may have developed a fault. If reformatting your MAX Drive does not fix this problem, please contact Datel Customer Support directly for help.
