Options

Update to the latest version of the PSP’s firmware, and also the latest version of the MAX Media Manager application. To get the latest MAX Media Manager, click on the ‘options’ tab and press the ‘Check For Updates Now’ button.

 

Also, encoding your videos as AVC files will help.
