Possible Solution: If you`ve  previously played the game in question on your Wii Console, have you ensured the Online Saves Filter within the provided Wii Max Media Manager Pro PC software is set to the required region?

This setting must be configured so the only the correct, compatible region of Powersaves and Community Saves are shown when you access the online databases by selecting the icon ‘Saves – Web’. So, for example, if you own a European game, you  set the online saves filter to `Europe`.

To access the Online Saves Filter setting, select the Options button, which is located towards the top-right of the Wii Max Media Manager Pro PC software’s screen and select the ‘Gamesaves’ tab as shown below.
