There are several possible reasons:
-
Are you enabling too many codes at one time? If so, try enabling fewer.
-
Have you enabled a code named either `Trainer Toolkit enabler` or `Trainer Toolkit kit fix`? Both of these codes are designed to be uploaded to our Trainer Toolkit product to allowit to be used with some games. These codes don`t affect the game as it`s played, and if enabled, they may stop a game from loading.
-
Have you edited the codelist game ID because the Action Replay DS was reporting `unknown game` when the game was inserted? Did you manually enter the codes using your own game cartridges ID? If so, did you edit the correct region of codes.
On the front of any DS game cartridge is a version number, for example NTR-AFFP-EUR. The last three letters indicate the region of codes which the game requires. Please be aware that it`s possible to purchase an alternative region of game without realising.
Please find below a list of possible letters which the version number on your game cartridge may end with, and what region of codes you need to use for the game:
EUR – Requires EU codes, which are obtainable from the codes saves section on our European website or via the provided code manager PC software.
USA – Requires US codes, which are obtainable from the codes saves section on our USA website or via the provided code manager PC software.
UKV - Requires EU codes which are obtainable from the codes saves section on our European website, or via the provided code manager PC software.
AUS - Requires EU codes, which are obtainable from the codes saves section on our European website or via the provided code manager PC software.
If none of the above possible reasons seem to be the cause of the problem, please contact us confirming the problem which you are experiencing, and offering the following information:
Can you confirm the name of the game?
Can you confirm the codes which you are enabling?
Can you confirm you`re using the correct region of codes, if you edited the codelist game ID or if you manually enter the codes using your own game cartridge`s ID ?
Can you confirm what the version number on the front of your game cartridge ends with ?
Can you confirm the firmware version which your Action Replay DS is using? This is shown on the console`s top screen when you`re on the Action Replay DS home screen, for example v1.60?
