Firstly make sure you have the very latest version of the MAX Media Creator PC software, as detailed above. New in version 1.22+, when you click the ‘Create’ button and see the CD writing options dialog, you will see new options called ‘Compatibility Mode’.
When you first burn a disc you should use ‘Normal Compatibility’. This mode should work on most CD/DVD writers. If your discs made in this mode do not work with MAX Media Player then try burning the disc again with ‘Alternative Compatibility 1’ selected. Again, if this disc doesn`t work, try ‘Alternative Compatibility 2’.
