No, MAX Media Creator is only available for Windows PCs. No other versions are planned. However you should still be able to play most files on your PS2 by dragging and dropping them from a Mac onto a USB flash drive. However you will not be able to convert files that the PS2 will struggle to play, for example high-resolution video clips.
