Firstly, make sure you close all other PC applications which may be using your CD/DVD drives (some users have reported problems when third party software such as `Alcohol` is running).

The MAX Media Creator PC software works with the vast majority of CD/DVD writer hardware, but if you have a CD/DVD drive that isn`t detected then please let us know. In the mean time, you can create CUE image files and burn these with other CD writing software such as Nero.
